Porridge de bayas y manzana

Berry and apple porridge

INGREDIENTS

  • 120 g quinoa
  • 500-750 ml of milk (whatever you prefer)
  • 1 apple, cored and sliced
  • 50 g dried goji berries
  • 3 drops of Cinnamon Bark
  • 1 tablespoon lavender honey


INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Bring the quinoa to the boil with the 500 ml of the milk you have chosen.
  • Once it boils, lower the heat and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the apple, berries and Cinnamon Bark+ essential oil and cook.

all for 2 more minutes.

  • If it starts to stick or is too thick, add more milk and continue.

cooking until all the liquid is absorbed.

  • Serve the porridge in small bowls and drizzle a little honey on top.
  • Add hot milk if desired.
