INGREDIENTS
- 120 g quinoa
- 500-750 ml of milk (whatever you prefer)
- 1 apple, cored and sliced
- 50 g dried goji berries
- 3 drops of Cinnamon Bark
- 1 tablespoon lavender honey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Bring the quinoa to the boil with the 500 ml of the milk you have chosen.
- Once it boils, lower the heat and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the apple, berries and Cinnamon Bark+ essential oil and cook.
all for 2 more minutes.
- If it starts to stick or is too thick, add more milk and continue.
cooking until all the liquid is absorbed.
- Serve the porridge in small bowls and drizzle a little honey on top.
- Add hot milk if desired.
